'Tis the Season!  The Christmas Decorations are in place at the Otter Creek Inn and will remain in place until about the middle of January 2012.  We get several calls each year asking when the decorations will be in place and when they will be taken down. There are NINE Christmas trees about the Inn -  many have handmade decorations.  Each of the guest rooms has its' own Christmas Tree.  The trees range in size from the two-foot tall tree in the little Magnolia Room to the nine-foot tree in the great room common area.  Of course, the trees are artificial and not real pine - otherwise we would not be able to have them in place for nearly three months.  Outside there are beautiful live pines and we even received our first "to-stay" snowfall on Saturday November 20th.
