Summer Fest is a community festival held in Downtown Eau Claire, with several ancillary events under the Summer Fest umbrella. Barstow is filled with classic cars, a strongman competition, children's activities, live music, stage performances, food vendors and downtown merchants. 10 AM - 10 PM. Free Admission
